We provide consulting, management and intermediation services to carry out studies and reports focused on the improvement of urban environments, either through urban regeneration processes or new developments.
Taking into account the progress of new technologies and systems, we analyze their implementation for urban environments regeneration. We have an own methodology for the analysis and validation of technologies and systems to be applied in Smart Cities: an assessment matrix to facilitate decision making by planners, designers and urban managers at the time to choose better solutions for their cities. In addition, we also have a tool for different systems integration and for joint assessment of the technologies applied in cities, in order to obtain a technology implementation level certification, serving as a great scorecard for the management of Smart-City initiatives.
Our SC-TOOL allows us and our clients to choose the best options based on real needs, as well as their monitoring and follow-up, either in the strategic development, planning, design, construction or management phases.

Finally, after a PhD on Smart-Cities, we develope a new methodology to asses Smart-Cities strategies, but focusing in the citizen and their needs in order to guarantee quality of life in urban spaces.
