Pablo Branchi

Architect by the University of Morón (Argentina) in 1999. After being granted with a scholarship by the AECI for an exchange program in 1998 at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, he moved definitively to Navarra (Spain) in 2001.

There he continued his training through various management courses: a PDG program for managers at IESE Business School in 2008 and an MSc. In Management and institutional governance at the University of Navarra in 2010. He collaborated with the Master on environmental management of buildings at the University of Navarra in 2013 and 2014. Since 2015 he has a PhD in Engineering and Architecture by The Public University of Navarra.

He has made several publications and lectures in various countries related to sustainable development and new technologies. His doctoral thesis consisted on the development of an innovative tool that could become as a system for the study and strategic definition of Smart City planning and the assessment of new technologies applicable to urban infrastructures.

He has more than 20 years of experience in different countries, starting as an associate architect in Buenos Aires, and then moving to Pamplona as junior partner in the company AH Associates becoming its general manager in 2009. In 2011he moves to ACR Group being part of its management team, directing the R&D department, and being the manager of a new business branch specialized in modular construction called Acorde, adaptable spaces.

Since 2014 he is an independent professional and has founded the company SUR, for the management and development of architectural, urban planning, and consulting projects in Europe and Latin America both in construction, real estate development, urban regeneration and Smart Cities.
